STEP 2: Each panel has a thin aluminum sheet which diffuses the heat through to the floor surface above. Once all the panels are laid in position the water pipe can be clipped into the channels and eventually back to the heat source. We manufacture our own polyethelene pipe that has been tested to all stringent standards. Our pipe is 100% airtight and designed to work for fifty Years.

STEP 3: Wooden floor can be laid directly onto the IDEAL system. For carpets and tiles you need to lay a load bearing surface such as our own Screed Replacement tile (SRT)

STEP 1: The IDEAL System comprises of pre-formed slabs of polystyrene with pre-tracked channels for water pipes, the system can be laid down in a matter of hours. Unlike most other UFH systems the IDEAL system from JUPITER doesn’t require screed, so you can use it the next day. The IDEAL System is suitable for upper floor installations as the polystyrene slabs can be laid directly on your existing floor.

STEP 4: The screed replacement tiles come in various natural colours and can be used as an attractive finished floor or simply as an unseen highly conductive sub-floor to carpets and tiles. The IDEAL system is incredibly fast to heat up, unlike most other systems which require hours. This means the use of thermostats in each room become very effective.
