The JUPITER IDEAL dry installation heating system consists of 30mm modular insulation panels with an aluminum surface in which the blue flexible heating pipe is laid. Heat is exchanged rapidly through the aluminum and the load bearing layer above. In this case the load bearing layer is the screed replacement tile. The clay Screed Replacement Tile is only 20mm thick and is a super conductor of heat. They can be used as either a finished floor or a load bearing sub-floor for carpet or tiles. The tiles are tongue and groove and once glued together work as a floating floor.

Underfloor heating and JUPITER Screed Replacement tiles offer technical and financial advantages over conventional floor heating systems : no screed, shallow installation height, better conductivity and a quicker installation process. This results in a superior system, with better heat control.
